At Incept Design we are able to develop content management systems that are perfectly suited for a number of industries. This allows you to have a site with functionality and features that are customized for your specific business. Giving our clients complete control over their website allows them to change the navigation, content, text, pictures, links, users, update an events calendar, or podcasts, swap out videos in a gallery, manage reservations or real estate listings, moderate a forum, chat room, or bulletin board, RSS Feeds, mortgage calculators, learning management systems (train your employees through your website!), social networks, collaborate on projects together and the list goes on…
We offer numerous configurations and training for your staff. Allowing you to have all of the features and functionality you desire without paying for “Custom Programming” that other Tampa Web Design firms may charge. We explain to you your options and demo the backend for you.
Current Website ReDesign
The missing piece to your business is the web. Every day it becomes more and more important to keep your website looking professional. This includes making it easy to navigate, updating it with fresh and relevant content, and making sure it ranks well.
You want to inform your first-time visitors and leave a lasting impression. You want them to come back and visit again. Finally, you want to capture something from them. Maybe you want an email address or to captivate their interest.
We can make it happen.

We like to make the process of creating a web presence for your business or organization as simple as possible with surprises or hidden costs. Below is a brief outline of the process so you have an idea of what to expect. We look forward to hearing from you and building a lasting relationship as we grow your business.
Initial contact
Our process is simple and straightforward. After you initiate interest via phone or email, we start with a phone call to learn about your project, and then mutually decide if we should talk further. A no-pressure approach our potential clients appreciate.
Initial Meeting
We have some questions that we like to ask potential clients that give us an insight into your business. This helps us plan for your web design and/or create a strategy for search optimization. We also use this information when creating a project summary of deliverables, time frame, pricing, hosting, etc.
The First Step
After you have reviewed and approved our project summary, which we may change to until you feel satisfied. We move forward with an initial deposit (50% of total cost) and a signed contract. At this time we may also register any domain names that you request pending availability if necessary.
Watch Your Project Come to Life
After receiving your deposit we will begin work on your project and for all web design projects, we supply a link that you can use to view your website as we develop it. We will also send you a list of items needed to complete your project which may include, content, logos, pictures, PDFs, etc.
After you review your initial concept Incept Design will make adjustments based upon your feedback and our stated objectives.
The Hand Off!
Once final payment is received we will make your website live on your domain and remove any password protection. We also give you a copy of it on a cd for your archives. After all it’s YOUR website. We offer one on one training so you can make changes to your website such as adding text, images, products, links, new web pages, menu items, etc. You also can review training videos on our website if you ever forget how to do something.
Tweaks
Minor adjustments to the website are included at no charge for up to 90 days after the website project has been finalized and final payment has been made. (maximum of 1 hour development time). Minor changes include adding, changing text, updating links, adding or changing images, formatting, etc.
